We specialize in property management and do not sell property. We lease only the properties we manage. This gives your property the individual attention it deserves.

	We personally meet with each new tenant(s) so they become familiar with our company and our policies. We never want to be just a voice on the phone or a letter in the mail. We like to get to know them and for them to feel comfortable with us. We feel this is a very important aspect of our business, and it has worked very well. We get quite a few referrals from our tenants. They are happy with our service and have friends and relatives looking for a home to lease as well - so everyone is a winner!
